Pallet Flexibility
We support Full or Mix Pallets. You can combine different codes on the same pallet (according to minimum quantities per code), optimizing your inventory.
Safe Packaging
We place great emphasis on product protection. We use corrugated cardboard between rows and products, strapping, stretch film, and reinforcements at sensitive points.
International Exports
We assist with bureaucracy and export documents through the Larissa customs office. We work with your transporters or find transporters for you to ensure the most cost-effective solution.

Commercial Policy & Delivery Times
Shipping Time:
The usual time from order to loading is 20 days. Please note that during high demand periods (e.g., early in the year), times may vary due to workload and availability.
Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order. There is a minimum quantity per code, per pallet, for safe palletization.
Payment Terms:
20% deposit to confirm the order and balance payment before loading.
Transport Damage Policy:
In case of damage to a product during transport that makes it unusable, we are always available for immediate resolution of the issue.
Sustainability & Environment
Our production is 100% circular and sustainable. Clay is a natural material that can be fully reused as a raw material, and our fired ceramics are reintegrated into the production process. We use recyclable packaging materials (wood, cardboard), minimizing our environmental footprint.
